Mastercard’s Arnold Palmer Invitational will be held March 4-7 at the Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, Florida. That means it’s time to pick your best DraftKings fantasy golf lineup. Fortunately, our fantasy golf experts are always ready to help.
Here’s what our best Arnold Palmer Invitational lineup looks like in this week’s golfers predictions:
Rory McIlroy ($11,500)
We know you’re tired of seeing McIlroy in the field, but the former weekly threat and current backdoor top 10 owner is pretty much a no-brainer this week. In the absence of Tiger Woods, Rory replaced the eight-time API champion as the ultimate Bay Hill thoroughbred, taking T5-T6-1-T4 in the final four races of the Arnie Championship. His driver remains one of the most dangerous weapons in the game — he was second in SG: Off the Tee — and with a few more putts, that nasty win drought could end this week. Of course, we’ve said that before.

Tyrell Hatton ($10,000)
As this week’s defending champion, Hatton, Arnold Palmer’s fifth consecutive international champion, survived brutality and high winds to finish a 4-under par in the week. rod. Missing the cut at the Masters is the lone bright spot for Hatton’s huge golf run — he’s won two of his last 11 events and finished in the top 10 six times in total.
Mark Leishman ($8,200)
We return to the subject of course horses with Leishman, who has a 2-T23-T7-1-T17 in his last five API races. Leishman has endured a brutal period after the COVID-19 shutdown last year, but he appears to be getting in shape, with four top-25 finishes in 2020-21, including Sony’s T4. He clearly likes the track, which makes him a valuable player this week.
Luke’s List ($7,200)
We’ve put Rory and the defending champion’s lineup up front, so we’re left with a bargain. With that in mind, we made the List, who is one of the few players to have multiple top 10s in the API over the past 5 years (T10 in 2019 and T7 in 2018). Lister has hit the ball perfectly this season. He was 6th in SG: Off the Tee and 36th in SG: Tee to Green. Recent form has been mixed, but he’s a T10 on the Farmers team.
Henrik Stenson ($7,000)
Stenson’s 2016 British Open win proved more of a career blocker than a springboard. His only win anywhere in the world since then came at Wyndham in 2017. But he loves the class — he has five top-8 finishes at Arnold Palmer since 2013, including a personal second in 2015. This is his first stateside appearance in 2021, so it’s hard to know what to expect, but the talent is still there.
Matt each ($6,100)
If you’re looking for a cheap fill-in, you’re probably going to do worse than the two-time champion and most recent U.S. event champion. Everyone has one of the most bizarre resumes in golf, and the 2014-15 Arnold Palmer Invitational winning streak was the only one of his career. In fact, the wheels have come off since Byron Nelson got T2 in 2019 – his 2019 was abysmal and he hasn’t made the cut this season. Hey, he caught lightning twice in the bottle at Bay Hill; he could do it again, right?
